To our Patients and Community Members,
At the Family Health Clinic, your health and wellness have been and will continue to be our highest priority. We thank you for the trust you have placed in our staff of skilled providers, nurses, and team members, and we are committed to continuing to provide you with high-quality, affordable healthcare close to home.
We want to take a moment to update you on the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation related to your health and the Family Health Clinic.
What COVID-19 resources are available?
It is easy to get overwhelmed with information about the coronavirus (COVID-19) online. At the Family Health Clinic, we recommend going straight to the Indiana State Department of Health for the latest information.

Here are a few additional coronavirus resources during this time:
- Information about COVID-19 Symptoms and Testing
- CDC Guidance for Employers
- Governor Holcomb’s 3/16/2020 COVID-19 Measures
Taking care of your whole health.
First, we would like to reinforce the importance of following national and state-level guidance during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures include practicing social distancing and proper handwashing. For more information on how to protect yourself, click here.
This is a stressful time for many, and we want you to know there are resources for your mental health in addition to your physical health. The Family Health Clinic’s website has a Community Resources page where you can find information about mental health hotlines, online mental health resources, and local therapy options. What will happen with upcoming appointments?
Currently, we are asking some patients to reschedule their appointments for their own safety and so that we can help patients who have more immediate needs. The Family Health Clinic will contact you if you have an appointment that needs to be rescheduled. If we do not contact you, please plan on arriving at your scheduled appointment time.
Don’t have an appointment in the next few days?
At this time, we ask that only patients who have an appointment within the next three days contact us. If your appointment is scheduled further than three days away, please wait until your appointment time is closer. This allows our team to better respond to appointment requests. We thank you for your patience with us on this matter.
If your appointment is within the next three days and you have questions or would like to confirm your appointment, please call us at (800) 321-5043.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience during this rapidly changing situation. Our focus will continue to be on providing you and your family with high-quality, compassionate healthcare.
