Affordable and Tasty Summer Salads

One of our favorite things to do in the summer is share healthy and affordable recipes! This summer, we’re sharing ideas for salads that are so tasty your whole family will love them. Plus, we’re going a little out of the box with some of these pics, like the Three Sisters Salad or the Mango Tango Salad.

Chicken salad with pineapple and balsamic vinaigrette

This low sodium and healthy carb salad includes chicken, pineapple chunks, broccoli, fresh baby spinach, red onions and more.

Low in fat and sodium, this mango tango “salad” can also be used as a dip or topping for fish or chicken if you dice the mango up finely! Plus, for those of you who love spicy food, you can add more jalapeño for an extra kick.
