Hosting Our Second Annual Virtual Baby Shower
In 2021, we threw our second annual month-long virtual baby shower! On our Facebook page, we hosted regular giveaways honoring new or soon-to-be mothers, and we also pulled together groups in the community to help us give away a grand prize.
Provided Over 10,000 COVID-19 Vaccinations
In 2021, the Family Health Clinic led several campaigns to help vaccinate our communities against COVID-19. You might have seen some of our blogs and videos, like this on Debunking COVID-19 Vaccine Myths.
If you haven’t yet gotten your COVID-19 vaccine or flu shot, we’d encourage you to reach out to your provider for more information on the safety and importance of these vaccinations!
Welcoming our New Executive Director, Kevin Hintzman
We were very excited to welcome Kevin Hintzman as our new Executive Director this year!
Kevin is looking forward to developing relationships in each community as well as throughout Purdue’s HHS and School of Nursing. He aims to bring more awareness to the services we offer and share the successes we’ve had as well as any challenges we face.

Helping Residents of Carroll, White, and the Surrounding Counties with Insurance Enrollment & Assistance
The Family Health Clinic has staff on-site that will help with your insurance options, answer questions and assist with all types of insurance. They assist and guide individuals through the application, processing of required documents, follow-up, and enrollment.
This year, our navigators helped many people with insurance appointments!

Participating in Community Events
It was a joy to connect with our communities in 2021! We were able to attend over 40 virtual and in-person events and participate on multiple community boards.
Some of our favorite events include the Wolcott 4th of July Parade, Monon Food Fest, Delphi Back-to-School Event, United Way Coat Drive, and Tippecanoe Latino Festival.
We look forward to seeing you out and about in 2022!
