Promoting Health Literacy
In 2018 we started something new. We helped celebrate Health Literacy Month in October! Health Literacy Month is a time for organizations and individuals to promote the importance of understandable health information. Throughout the month we shared facts on our Facebook page and in our community newsletter.
We also wrote a blog post where we broke down some of the more confusing or complicated health insurance phrases you might hear at the clinic. Click here to check it out!
Opening the New Family Health Clinic of Monon
In 2017, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Family Health Clinic of Monon, so it’s pretty special to celebrate the actual opening this year! We are so excited to have this to continue to grow and expand our services to the community.
