The New Family Health Clinic Contact Center

By The Family Health Clinic Team

During your next call to the Family Health Clinic, you might notice that we have a new way of answering our phones. This is part of our new phone system and the new Family Health Clinic Contact Center. The Contact Center’s goal is to give you the best access to your health care and provide fast scheduling assistance.

Below, we have answered a few key questions that you might have about the new service.

WHAT IS THE FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC CONTACT CENTER?

The Family Health Clinic’s Contact Center is our new centralized location that is dedicated to receiving your calls and messages. You’ll never actually see or go to the Contact Center, but you’ll speak to the staff there when you call the clinic. These dedicated staff members have already worked at the Family Health Clinic and will make sure you’re scheduled correctly and connected with the right people at the right place.

The staff at the  Family Health Clinic’s Contact Center are employees that have been specially trained to provide you the best quality customer service and patient experience. Our goal is provide each patient the best quality service during their visit on the phone and in the office.  The Contact Center allows the opportunity for that experience.

When the time for your appointment comes, all you need to do is come to the Family Health Clinic in which you’ve been scheduled and follow the instructions the staff members from the contact center gave you.

WHY DID THE FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC ADD THE CONTACT CENTER?

The Family Health Clinic is your local primary care provider offering top quality healthcare close to your home and in your community. In order for us to continue to provide the care to which our patients are accustomed we have developed a Contact Center with dedicated staff to answer your questions and provide immediate assistance to you.

We value our patients and always strive to be the leader in the communities we serve. We appreciate your cooperation as we make this transition to enhance your experience with the Family Health Clinic!

WHEN I CALL MY LOCAL CLINIC, WHO AM I REACHING?

All calls are directed to the Contact Center which allows patients more time to schedule their appointment, gather information about their appointment and talk to a specialized staff member dedicated to their phone call.

By having a Contact Center dedicated to gathering your information and spending time helping you find the right person you need to talk to, you will not be interrupted by other calls or in-person patients. If you need to talk to someone other than the Contact Center staff member, they will transfer you to the appropriate person.

CAN I TALK TO MY PROVIDER?

At the Family Health Clinic, your care is of utmost importance, and you will always have access to your provider. However, your call may first be routed to a different staff member that can assist you. This will allow our providers to offer the best quality care to the patients they are currently seeing at the clinic. We thank you for allowing our full staff to serve you both on the phone and at the clinic.
